Universal Studios Beijing recruits the head of the retail operation team.

Job summary:

Conduct sales transactions with tourists in several indoor and outdoor commodity sales areas (including shops, games and vending machines) in Beijing Global Resort to obtain income. Follow the tourist/customer service standards of Beijing Global Resort Hotel, actively interact with tourists in a friendly and polite way, increase the sales of special products in each district, and maintain their respective service areas, including replenishment.

Job responsibilities:

1. Promote selected products or games in the resort to provide interactive experience for tourists. ? Greet the tourists and thank them when they leave. ? Use tourist interaction, theme layout, information sharing and/or game participation to stimulate tourists' enthusiasm and interest in buying goods, and use promotion skills to create an interesting and attractive environment. ? Communicate with the management team to improve the experience of tourists and team members.

2. Actively display products and use suggested sales techniques to encourage tourists to buy goods.

3. Deal with the sales and income of commodities and package them; Handle electronic payment, cash, credit card transactions, gift cards, game clearance and discounts (if applicable).

4. Clean the floor, counter and display screen with dishcloth, broom, brush and/or detergent, and follow the appearance standards of sales area, outdoor shopping cart or game area. Access and maintain commodities, plush toys and/or daily necessities according to relevant standards.
