In the teaching process, we should pay attention to the understanding of policies, the introduction of job-seeking skills and the education of employment concepts. In 2006, our department held many lectures on employment, and gave detailed guidance to graduates through employment cases, resume making and self-introduction simulation sessions.

Six, our department has always been open-minded to learn employment experience from brother colleges (departments).

Our department has sent graduates' employment leading group and relevant members of employment guidance office to other colleges and universities for investigation, to learn from the advanced experience and successful practices of employment guidance in brother universities, to broaden our horizons and promote our employment guidance.

Seven, efforts to do a good job in the employment rate statistics, graduates to join the army, support the western region and other work, has achieved initial results.

Eight, the shortcomings found in the self-examination.

Although our department has made some achievements in the employment of graduates this year, we still found some problems in the employment of graduates in our department in the self-examination, which are highlighted in the following three aspects:

(A) the proportion of online signing and signing labor contracts needs to be further improved.

Due to the limitation of professional characteristics, the current talent demand market is shrinking, coupled with the huge pressure of China's enrollment expansion and the whole employment situation, the heavier the psychological pressure of students' employment, the more difficult our work is.

(2) The employment concept is slightly lagging behind, and the employment expectation of graduates is too high.

At present, some students' views on job selection, values and outlook on life are still biased, and their employment concepts are too narrow. Lack of entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit, public opinion and family have a far-reaching impact on career choice.

(C) Employment management needs to be further standardized.

In the process of self-examination, we found that there are still some problems in our department, such as inadequate implementation of a sound system, relatively few multi-information markets, inadequate management and incomplete records.

In view of its own problems, our department will pay more attention to daily management, ideological education and employment guidance in the future and improve them one by one. In the future work, we will follow the general policy of "student-centered, employment-oriented, and full of goals" of our department, grasp the general principle of "striving to increase employment positions on the basis of ensuring employment quality", do a good job in graduate employment as always, strive to improve the employment quality of graduates, and satisfy graduates with quality services.
