Basic conditions for special post teachers:
1, good political quality, love the socialist motherland, support the party's principles and policies, love education, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have good conduct, abide by the law, perform well at school or during work (unemployment), have not received any disciplinary action, be a model, and volunteer to serve the rural grassroots education;
2. Meet the requirements of teachers' qualifications and service posts (junior high school teachers' academic qualifications are undergraduate and above in principle, and their majors are the same or similar to the post disciplines they apply for services);
3. Physical condition. Physical conditions meet local requirements and can adapt to the working and living environment conditions in the post setting area.
The implementation principles of special post teachers:
1, adhere to the scope and strict conditions. Counties (cities, districts) included in the "special post plan" must be counties (cities, districts) with overall shortage of teachers, prominent structural contradictions and relatively difficult financial resources, but good work foundation and high enthusiasm. During the implementation of the "special post plan", in principle, new teachers cannot be supplemented in other ways.
All Shegang counties should recruit "special post plan" teachers who have expired, passed the examination and are willing to continue teaching in the local area within the approved total preparation.
2. Central planning and local implementation. Our province implemented the "special post plan", and under the leadership of the provincial government, a joint meeting system was established with the participation of the secretary-general of the provincial government in charge of education and the heads of the provincial education department, the finance department, the personnel department and the provincial editorial office.
