3. Recruitment Procedure

The exam includes a written test and an interview. 1. Written test. The written test takes a closed-book format (see the admission ticket for the time and location of the written test). 2. Interview. (3) Physical examination and inspection

1. According to the planned number of positions to be recruited and the comprehensive test scores from high to low, the physical examination personnel will be determined in a ratio of 1:1. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

3. Those who do not take the physical examination as required will be deemed to have given up automatically. If the candidate fails the physical examination or gives up automatically, he or she will be replaced in order according to the candidate's comprehensive performance ranking.

4. Personnel who have passed the physical examination will enter for inspection. The inspection work is organized and implemented by each recruitment unit. If a candidate fails the examination or voluntarily gives up, the recruiting unit will decide whether to substitute him or her in turn.

(4) Publicity and Recruitment

After passing the inspection, the list of candidates to be hired will be published online for 5 days.

After the expiration of the public notice period, if no problems are reported or if there are problems reported and it is verified that it does not affect the employment, the recruiting unit shall sign a labor contract with the hired personnel in accordance with the "Labor Contract Law" and other relevant regulations, and implement a probationary period.
