3. Recruitment Procedure

(1) Registration and qualification review

4. Qualification review: Each applicant is limited to applying for one position. The Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will uniformly review whether the applicant meets the qualifications for the recruitment position. 5. If the ratio between the number of applicants and the recruitment plan is less than 3:1, the recruitment quota will be adjusted or reduced as appropriate.

(2) Exam

The exam includes a written test and an interview. The comprehensive score of the test is determined according to the ratio of 4:6 between the written test score and the interview score (two decimal places are retained, and the mantissa is rounded off). 1. Written test. The written test takes a closed-book format (see the admission ticket for the time and location of the written test). Candidates must present their admission ticket and original ID card to participate. The content of the written examination is comprehensive basic knowledge and knowledge of labor and social security laws and regulations. The results of the written examination will be announced online without further notification.

2. Interview. The interviewers will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 based on the scores in the written test for each recruitment position (if the ratio is less than 1:3, the interviewees will be determined based on the actual reference persons in the written test for the position). The interviews will be organized and implemented by the Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those who fail the interview will not be included in the physical examination and inspection targets, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. (3) Physical examination and inspection

1. According to the planned number of positions to be recruited and the comprehensive test scores from high to low, the physical examination personnel will be determined in a ratio of 1:1. If the overall scores are equal, the one with the higher interview score will be ranked first. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. The physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

3. Those who do not take the physical examination as required will be deemed to have given up automatically. If the candidate fails the physical examination or gives up automatically, he or she will be replaced in order according to the candidate's comprehensive performance ranking.

4. Personnel who have passed the physical examination will enter for inspection. The inspection work is organized and implemented by each recruitment unit. If a candidate fails the examination or voluntarily gives up, the recruiting unit will decide whether to substitute him or her in turn.

(4) Publicity and Recruitment

After passing the inspection, the list of candidates to be hired will be published online for 5 days.

After the expiration of the public notice period, if no problems are reported or if there are problems reported and it is verified that it does not affect the employment, the recruiting unit shall sign a labor contract with the hired personnel in accordance with the "Labor Contract Law" and other relevant regulations, and implement a probationary period. The labor contract will be terminated if the employee fails to pass the evaluation during the probation period.
