How many public kindergartens are there in Xincheng District, Xi'an? Detailed

According to the "Three-year Action Plan for Preschool Education (2011-2013)" announced by the municipal government, our city will complete the task of building, renovating and expanding 286 kindergartens within three years. Currently, 51 new kindergartens are planned for this year. Public offices and parks have all determined locations.

The kindergarten construction tasks in the next three years are: to build, renovate and expand 100 kindergartens that meet national standards in 2011, to build 93 kindergartens in 2012, and to build 93 kindergartens in 2013. This year's construction tasks include 51 public kindergartens, 3 district and county self-financed public kindergartens, 1 kindergarten renovated by enterprises and institutions, and 45 private kindergartens. According to the arrangement, the city’s seventh nursery school is planned to be built in the International Port Area.

The "Plan" also plans for preschool special children to study in regular classes. This year, each of the city's 13 districts and counties will choose one kindergarten to establish a rehabilitation resource center for special children to study in regular classes, relying on Xi'an's second Deaf and mute schools provide preschool special education resources, carry out teacher training for special children’s education and guidance for children’s parents.
