Examination conditions for civil servants (refer to 20 19)

(1) Qualification for entering the examination

1, has the nationality of China people and China, supports the constitution of China people, and supports the leadership and socialist system of China's * * production party.

2, law-abiding, with good political quality and moral conduct. Have the physical condition, psychological quality and working ability to meet the post requirements and perform their duties normally.

3. Application age 18 to 35 years old. Full-time colleges and universities 20 19 fresh master's and doctoral students (part-time) apply for the highest degree, and the age of application is relaxed to 40 years old.

The age of applying for the positions of assistant to the court judge and assistant to the prosecutor of the procuratorate is 18 to 35 years old.

The age of people's police (judicial police) who apply for the positions of legal inspection, public security organs, frontline management institutions of prisons and drug rehabilitation systems at or below the city level is 18 to 30 years old, and the age of full-time ordinary colleges and universities who apply for such positions is 20 19, and the age of those who apply for special positions such as prison doctors and psychological correction in prisons and drug rehabilitation systems is relaxed to 35 years old.

The age of applying for special police positions in public security organs is 18 to 25 years old.

4. Have a nationally recognized college degree or above. Non-local permanent residence (students) applicants are limited to full-time ordinary colleges and universities with bachelor degree or above (except those who apply for special positions such as "serving grassroots project personnel" and "retired college student soldiers").

5. Have other qualifications required for the position to be recruited:

(1) To apply for the position of "having grassroots work experience for more than 2 years", you must have worked at the grass-roots level and production line for 2 years.

(2) Applicants for the special post of "Recruiting from Local Personnel" should be students in the prefecture-level city or county where the post is located, or people whose household registration is in the prefecture-level city or county where the post is located, or who have worked in the prefecture-level city or county (including local social security) for more than 5 years.

(III) Those who apply for the special post of "Serving Grassroots Project Personnel" should be those who have been recruited by our province, completed the service and passed the examination, and participated in grassroots projects such as "College Student Village Officer", "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Volunteer Service for College Students in the West" and "Volunteer Service for College Students in Mountainous Areas". Candidates who apply for such specialized positions are limited to the relevant positions in the city where they serve, the city where their household registration (place of origin) is located or the provincial units, and can also apply for other non-specialized positions.

(4) Those who apply for the special post of "Retired College Soldiers" shall be those who have been enlisted by the military service organs of our province, served for more than 2 years and retired from active service, joined the army after graduation from full-time ordinary colleges and universities, or were admitted or enlisted by full-time ordinary colleges and universities during their studies, and obtained corresponding academic degrees. Retired college student soldiers who apply for such professional positions are limited to the relevant positions in the city where they joined the army, the city where their household registration (students) is located or the provincial units, and can also apply for other non-professional positions.

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

(2) personnel who are not allowed to apply for the exam.

1. On-the-job civil servants (including trainees), active servicemen and non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities;

2. Persons who are not allowed to apply for civil servants in the special open recruitment announcements of township institutions in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong and northern Guangdong over the years;

3. Persons whose civil servants have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

4. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, expelled from China * * * Party membership, expelled from public office, and listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law;

5. Personnel who have been found to have serious violations of employing discipline such as fraud in civil service examinations at all levels;

6. Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants as stipulated by laws and regulations.
