From the hole of the oil pump, turn the flywheel to turn the cam to the back and see a fork. Adjust the throttle to make the fork in the middle of the hole, put the rack on the oil pump in the middle position, then install it carefully, and then disassemble the speed regulating limit screw in the gear room to see if the fork forks the rack. If there is no fork, repeat step.
