In order to meet the general public's demand for cultural services, rencheng district Library has been fully opened since June, 2020 10 with the approval of relevant departments, according to the requirements of higher authorities and the current situation of our city. The specific opening items are as follows:

1. Open places: All service places are open for free.

Opening hours: it is open from Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Monday.

Borrowing stacks and other places and reading rooms:

Summer: 8: 30 am-12: 00 am; 14:00- 18:00 pm

Winter: 8: 30 am-12: 00 am; 13:30- 17:30 pm

Study room: 8:30- 17:30

Red Star Road 24 hours self-service library: 8:30- 17:30.

Changqing Road 24 hours self-service library: 8:30- 17:30.

Third, service tips:

1. Readers are requested to register in the library with valid identity documents and consciously accept temperature measurement;

2. It is recommended to wear a mask to avoid gathering;

3. The study room requires an appointment to enter the library, with a daily limit of 40 people;

4. For the health of you and others, it is recommended that readers with fever, cough and other symptoms go to medical institutions in time, and do not enter the library for the time being.
