Recruitment standards for the four major international accounting firms

Tell you who the Big Four need:

1. Famous school! Tsinghua University, Peking University, National People's Congress, Foreign Economic and Trade, and Central Finance and Economics accounted for 90%. Among them, foreign trade accounts for more than 30%, ranking first. Opportunities for non-prestigious schools are relatively small. China Forestry University and Agricultural University are the lower limits. If it is a non-prestigious school outside Beijing and Shanghai, the chance is almost 0, unless you have a returnee background.

2. Accounting and finance majors are most preferred, but other majors are also preferred, less than 5 people.

3. CET-6, good spoken English

4. Don’t value CPA.

5. I especially don’t like people with entrepreneurial experience, because the four most important things are people who are obedient, not people who stand alone.
