Announcement of the Ministry of Science and Technology's public recruitment of fresh graduates in 2023?

The Ministry of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Science and Technology) is an integral part of the State Council.

Institutions of the Ministry of Science and Technology mainly undertake the research of national science and technology development strategy, the process management of science and technology planning projects, the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship environment, the cultivation of scientific and technological talents and international cooperation in science and technology, the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, the introduction of foreign intelligence and the supervision and evaluation of science and technology, and play an important supporting role in national science and technology management.

According to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions and the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions, the Ministry of Science and Technology will organize some public institutions to openly recruit fresh graduates in 2023 according to the needs of work. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of Recruitment

Graduates in 2023 (excluding Wei Peisheng and directional students).

Second, the application conditions

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the party and the socialist system;

(3) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(4) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(five) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(6) Having other qualifications required by the post.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from Party membership and public office, those who have been found to have seriously violated the discipline of examination and employment in the recruitment of public officials at all levels, those who are still banned from entry, those who have been listed in the list of joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, and those who are prohibited from being employed as staff members of public institutions by laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.

Third, the recruitment position

In 2023, the Ministry of Science and Technology has 15 colleges and universities, and plans to receive 80 fresh graduates. See the attached table for recruitment positions.

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Registration and qualification examination

This registration is online, and the deadline for registration is April 2, 2023. The most websites are registered (registration will be open after March 17).

Applicants need to log on to the website to register. If they need to change their positions after submitting their resumes, please contact the employer to make changes.

The registration information submitted by the applicant shall be true and accurate. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

For the position whose registration has not reached the ratio of 3: 1, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled.

(2) written examination

The written test personnel list and qualified scores are expected to be published in official website, Ministry of Science and Technology (www.most.gov.cn) before mid-April, 2023, and the employer will notify the candidates who enter the written test list by email, SMS, etc.

The written test is expected to be held at the end of April 2023. The content of the written test is a professional ability test, and no reference materials in any form are specified.

(3) Interview

Candidates who pass the written test scores are sorted according to the written test scores, and those who enter the interview range are determined according to the ratio of 5: 1. If the ratio is less than 5: 1, it shall be determined according to the actual number of people passing.

The specific interview arrangement, written test and interview score ratio will be announced in official website, Ministry of Science and Technology, and the employer will inform the interviewers.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

According to the candidates' written test and interview results, the final score is determined, and the candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and their ideological and political performance, moral quality and work ability are investigated, with the focus on whether the candidates meet the requirements of strengthening "four consciousnesses", strengthening "four self-confidences", achieving "two maintenance" and loving China's * * * production party and the motherland.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

For those who fail the inspection and physical examination, the employer shall decide to fill or cancel the job recruitment in turn.

(5) Publicity and employment

The employing unit shall determine the candidates to be employed according to the investigation and physical examination.

The candidates to be hired are publicized on the open recruitment service platform of institutions affiliated to the central and state organs and the official website of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The publicity period is 7 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, the employer and the applicant shall sign an employment contract and go through the employment procedures.
