When Xue Zhiqian was 4 years old, Xue's mother died of rheumatic heart disease, and Xue Zhiqian was brought up by his father. When he graduated from high school, his father sold his house to raise money to support Joker Xue's study abroad in Switzerland. He used the 600,000 earned from selling the house to send him to study in Switzerland and study hotel management. Acting experience

In 2005, Joker Xue made his official debut after participating in the talent show "My Type, My Show" and winning the top four. In September of the same year, he signed a contract with Shangteng Entertainment[19].

On June 12, 2006, he released his first personal original album of the same name "Joker Xue". He won six albums He composed the first song and five lyrics. The album sold more than 200,000 copies within one month of its release, and he became the highest-selling mainland male singer of the year.
