In recent years, I often hear the timbre of dulcimer in many movie soundtracks and popular music, and many composers are no longer constrained by the positioning of dulcimer as an accompaniment instrument. I believe that this album, which combines different genres and is tailor-made for dulcimer, can give you a refreshing feeling. I also hope that more people can understand dulcimer and that this instrument can be widely used in various musical styles. "

Lin Hai, the producer of this album, was also shortlisted for the Golden Melody Award for Best Pop Music Performance. She said that she originally planned this album because she thought that the modernity of Huang Yashi was very suitable for dulcimer to express its unconventional flavor, which is what she always wanted to do for Chinese music. Lin Hai and Huang Yashi said in unison that "the continuous sound characteristics of dulcimer instrument itself have caused the limitations of composition."
