1. At present, the recruitment conditions of state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises are relatively high: graduate students, masters and doctors are the best, and undergraduates can also consider it, requiring good quality and not demanding experience;

2. At present, most state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises think that real talents can only be recruited on campus, because the treatment requirements for campus graduates are relatively low because of the proliferation of fake diplomas and fake academic qualifications;

3. If social workers want to enter state-owned enterprises and large foreign enterprises, they must rely on contacts, and talent alone is not enough.
