Sina Technology: 14 years? Did you ever think it would be 14?

Zhang Congmin: It is really 14 years. This is my first job. I always wanted to go abroad at that time. At first, I just wanted to find a job and earn some money. If I go out, I will continue to study chemistry and do research. My feeling at that time was that it was better to do this job than to stay in the laboratory, so I gave up my studies and stayed. Later, I followed boss Lin and saw that the company was expanding and had the opportunity to broaden my horizons. Sina Technology: It is not easy to stay in a company for 14 years. If you take yourself as a reference, do you think loyalty is the key factor to make a good professional manager?

Zhang Congmin: Many people in China lack gratitude. Many people always emphasize their contribution and role, without weighing their weight in the overall situation. Too much emphasis on one's own contribution will lead many people to go to extremes when encountering difficulties. I think people should get up where they fell. My confidence in my boss and my self-adjusting mentality have kept me going until now.

Sina Technology: After the listing plan was put forward, did you receive any short messages that impressed you? Did the old man send it to you?

Zhang Congmin: At present, the Internet is the lowest-key company in the world, and most of my classmates are abroad. My friends at home only know that I am happy to work in Guangzhou, but they don't know what I do, what position I take, how much salary I get, or how much our company will go public.

Zhang Congmin: To develop, the company needs to accommodate different types of people. What I emphasize is the sense of responsibility of managers, which is very important for the development of the company. I mentioned loyalty just now. Zhang Congmin: The editor is young and is likely to be dug.
