5. Preferential treatment for legal aid: The judicial administrative department shall provide legal aid services for the survivors of martyrs who need legal aid.

The conditions for the families of martyrs to enjoy regular pensions are as follows:

(a) the parents, dependents and spouses of martyrs have no ability to work, no source of income, or their income level is lower than the average living standard of local residents.

(2) The children of martyrs are under the age of 18, or have reached the age of 18, but have no source of livelihood due to disability or study.

(3) The brothers and sisters supported by the martyrs during their lifetime are under 18 years old, or have reached 18 years old but have no source of livelihood because they are attending school.

Survivors of martyrs who meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph and enjoy regular pensions shall receive a certificate of receiving regular pensions from the civil affairs department of the people's government at the county level where their household registration is located.
