(1) The interviewer confirms. (5) Physical examination
Unified physical examination is organized by the leading group for examination and employment. Physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. In case of a tie in the total score of candidates in the same position, those with high written test scores will enter the physical examination.
The physical examination is designated in the general hospital at or above the county level, and the conclusion of the physical examination is issued within the specified time. Candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination are allowed to ask for re-examination. (6) Investigation
Candidates who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation. The inspection work is organized and implemented by the examination and employment leading group. During the inspection, it is necessary to further verify whether the candidates meet the qualification conditions for the examination, and confirm whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate by consulting the files. The investigation team consists of more than two official party member. The inspection team should listen to opinions extensively, be comprehensive, objective and fair, write inspection materials truthfully, make inspection conclusions and put forward employment suggestions.
The content of the investigation mainly includes five aspects: "morality, ability, diligence, achievement and honesty", focusing on the work performance, focusing on the personnel files and realistic performance of the subjects.
