1. Recruitment plan

It is planned to select from the current community secretaries and village secretaries of the communities under the jurisdiction of Shiling Town, Tiedong District There is a special recruitment of one staff member of a public institution, and the establishment will be located at the Shiling Town Comprehensive Service Center.

2. Recruitment conditions

3. Recruitment Assessment Method

This special recruitment will be conducted through individual registration, qualification review, Shiling Town Party Committee recommendation and organizational inspection.

IV. Individual Registration

Those who meet the recruitment conditions shall register with the Shiling Town Party Committee. The registration time is from 8.30 am to 11.30 am on January 18, 2023; from 1 pm to 4.30 pm hour.

5. Preliminary Qualification Review and Shiling Town Recommendation

6. Qualification review

The district's special recruitment leadership group is responsible for the qualification review of recommended candidates by personnel from the District Party Committee Organization Department, District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other departments.

7. Organization of inspections

8. Determination of the candidates to be hired

9. Physical Examination

The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize a physical examination for candidates to be hired in a designated hospital. 10. Publicity

11. Recruitment

The district committee’s editorial office and district human resources and social security bureau shall handle relevant employment procedures in accordance with regulations, sign employment contracts for public institution staff, and implement probation in accordance with relevant policies and regulations period, the probation period is 6 months, and the probation period is also included in the employment contract period.
