1 general rules

(2) If the service place and post are planned to be transferred due to work needs, the administrative personnel department shall indicate the service place and work arrangement before and after the transfer in the transfer column of the Application Form for Work Change/Salary Adjustment;
(3) After receiving the notice of transfer, the transferred personnel shall go through the handover procedures and go to work within the specified working days;
(4) If employees need to be transferred for their own reasons, they can fill in the Employee Transfer Application Form (see attached table) and submit it to the Administration and Personnel Department, and the company will decide whether to approve their application according to the situation.
3.4 Demotion refers to the demotion from the original position to a lower position. Demotion also means lowering or lowering the status, rights, opportunities and salary of the demoted person. In fact, it is a management behavior with the nature of punishment.
3.5 Employees can be demoted under the following circumstances:
