Originally, they were optimistic about their wide resources and saved their manpower, thinking that they could recruit people soon. The end result is that they spent hundreds of times of money and didn't recruit anyone. They also spent a lot of manpower, time and energy to negotiate these things, which made people angry and annoyed. Every time they call the after-sales department, they always give feedback.
