Henan Kaifeng Science and Technology Media College is located in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, referred to as "Henan Science Biography". It is an undergraduate private college organized by Henan Daily Newspaper Group Co., Ltd. and approved by the Ministry of Education.

The school was founded in 2003, formerly known as Minsheng College of Henan University. In 2009, Henan Daily Newspaper Group and Henan University joined forces to build Minsheng College.
