Those who meet one of the following conditions:

1. High-level talents recognized as Category E by the "Nanning City High-level Talent Recognition Implementation Measures" Level financial talents.

2. Financial talents who have been engaged in the financial industry for more than 3 years, obtained a full-time undergraduate degree and have an annual salary of more than 300,000 yuan.

3. Full-time staff of the financial regulatory agency in the core area of ??Nanning; full-time staff of the financial work department at the same level in Nanning City or the financial work service department at the same level in Nanning City.

"Nanning City High-Level Talent Recognition Implementation Measures" E-type talent standards:

(1) In our city's medical and health, education, economy, urban construction, planning, environmental protection, land, Full-time doctoral students working in public institutions in the fields of transportation, gardening, justice, foreign affairs, culture, art, scientific research, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, etc., as well as full-time master's students who have obtained intermediate professional titles for more than 3 years.

(2) Professional and technical talents who work in medical, health and education institutions in our city and have obtained deputy senior professional titles.

(3) Candidates for young and middle-aged backbone talents in the Guangxi Medical High-Level Talent Training Plan in the past five years.

(4) Candidates for outstanding young professional and technical talents in Nanning during the management period.

(5) Skilled talents who work in various public institutions and enterprises registered in the city and have obtained professional qualifications of senior technician or above.

(6) Talents listed in the list of enterprises in urgent need of talents for industrial development in our city and meeting the following conditions:

1. Obtained a deputy senior professional title or a second-class scientific and technological progress at the municipal level or above Award (inclusive) and above and among the top three professional and technical talents.

2. Full-time doctoral students or full-time master’s students who have obtained intermediate professional titles for more than 3 years.

3. Senior management talents currently serving as (or equivalent to) deputy general manager or above in the enterprise.
