The Relationship between Jiangsu Yang Fang and Yang Jing Group

These two companies are different companies. Jiangsu Yang Fang Group Co., Ltd. was established on April 24th, 2009. The registered place of the company is located in the Industrial Service Center, No.66 Avenue, Lianyungang New District, and its legal representative is Yan. Jiangsu Yang Jing Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (formerly "Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Park Co., Ltd.") was established in August 20 14, and was funded by Lianyungang Municipal Government. So there is no relationship between the two.
