1. Users need to click on my wallet and bicycle on the WeChat page to enter the bicycle applet and experience the unique smart bicycle sharing service;

2. The system will prompt the bicycle login information, select login, enter the mobile phone number, and then select to receive the SMS verification code. After entering the verification, the bicycle WeChat applet was successfully logged in;

3. The deposit refund of the bicycle applet is the same as that of the bicycle app. In my wallet, find the refund button, click it and confirm that the paid deposit will be returned to the WeChat payment or Alipay account used when recharging at that time;

4. Open the bicycle App, click the menu button in the upper left corner and the icons with three horizontal lines. After entering the personal page, click on my wallet. If you are not logged in, you need to log in with your mobile phone number.

5. Next, click the deposit refund option at the bottom of the page. Below the recharge button, there is a prompt page, which indicates that the refund will be received within 7 working days. Click the deposit refund button here;
