With the goal of "building a benchmark project of cogeneration in a first-class city in the new era and a demonstration project with coastal characteristics", the project will build two 350,000 kW supercritical steam extraction coal-fired cogeneration units, and simultaneously build efficient desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal and other environmental protection facilities, and the emission indicators will meet the gas turbine emission standards, supporting the construction of seawater desalination and heating pipe network projects.
