(1) Applicants must be full-time ordinary colleges and universities that have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (including postgraduate training units) and are fresh graduates in 20 15 years.

(5) Repeated registration is prohibited, and each applicant is limited to one unit in the frontier defense, fire fighting and security forces of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) of the country's public security active forces.

Under the same conditions, under any of the following circumstances, priority shall be given to receiving:

(a) the national "985" project, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security directly under the "2 1 1" engineering colleges, as well as professional graduates from key universities in provinces and cities;

(2) party member, student cadres, miyoshi students and graduates who have served in active service;

(3) graduates who have made outstanding achievements in academic and scientific research;

(4) Children of cadres of public security forces in active service, children of cadres who died in the line of duty, and children of heroes and heroes.

In any of the following circumstances, it will not be accepted:

(a) graduates of radio and television universities, correspondence universities, staff universities, amateur universities, self-taught universities, higher education self-taught examinations and other non-ordinary institutions of higher learning;

(2) Graduates from vocational universities, vocational and technical colleges, private colleges, independent colleges and adult colleges;

(3) Commissioned, self-funded and oriented graduates recruited by ordinary colleges and universities;

(4) Graduates trained by military academies for local areas;

(5) graduates with overseas study experience;

(six) during the period of study in school, the compulsory courses have been retaken and re-examined, and more than 4 graduates or 1 graduates failed the re-examination;

(seven) fresh graduates, undergraduates, preparatory students, graduates who have not obtained a degree or above;

(eight) graduates who are considered to have failed or dropped out of school for more than half a year (except those who are enlisted in the army), and graduates who have been punished for violation of discipline or other reasons during their school days.
