Xx No.3 Middle School was established in August 2005. Located in the urban-rural fringe, it integrates three rural junior high schools. This is a semi-boarding junior high school. There are 36 classes in the school, with 1860 students, of whom 67% are rural residents and nearly 500 are boarders. Since its establishment six years ago, our school has been guided by the concept of humanistic education, firmly grasped every development factor, continuously deepened the reform of education and teaching, and embarked on a successful road of healthy and rapid development. The school has been awarded more than ten honors at or above the municipal level, such as "Hebei Province Model School Governing by Law", "Standardized School", "Civilized Unit", "Advanced Unit of Cultural Construction" and "Advanced Unit of Teaching Work". In particular, the classroom teaching reform in our school has attracted great attention from the Professional Committee of Basic Education Evaluation of China Education Association and the National Efficient Classroom Exchange and Cooperation Network, and has now been established as a national efficient classroom research and exchange base. Our specific approach is:

First of all, assess the situation and establish a clear educational concept.

After the completion of the school, after more than half a year of excessive cabinet formation, in March 2006, the district party Committee and the government formed the first leading collective of the New No.3 Middle School through direct and open recruitment. The main problems faced by the school at that time were: leaders and teachers came from many schools, and their ideas and work styles were very different; Emotional instability within the team, different pace; Due to historical factors, more than 20% excellent primary school graduates go abroad to choose schools every year, and most of them are students with low comprehensive quality; Although the school is called xx No.3 Middle School, it has nothing to do with the original "xx No.3 Middle School". Everything has to start from scratch. To this end, a group of students in the school repeatedly discussed "how to start development." Everyone has his own opinions and opinions, but one thing is well known, that is, "what kind of development strategy a new school chooses will definitely determine its future development destiny." At the moment when everyone is searching hard, the Ninth Five-Year Plan, which focuses on hardware construction such as school buildings, has come to an end, and the "adjusting layout, integrating resources and balancing development" initiated by the Municipal Education Bureau has also begun to take shape. In this critical period, the Municipal Education Bureau promptly put all the essential problems to be solved in the early stage-"improving the comprehensive quality of running a school" at the forefront of educational development, issued a far-sighted "strengthening", and the eager third middle school students received this modern development information in time with their unique sensitivity, and established the development strategy of "governing the school according to law, establishing a school with culture, creating a research-oriented school and building a famous school with characteristics". Especially in the aspect of "building a school with culture and strengthening the school with characteristics", we have taken a pioneering step by uniting as one, learning and doing.

To build school culture, we must first establish a core educational concept with scientific theoretical basis, and the main idea of this core concept must be consistent with the humanistic spirit of the country's times. China's educational humanism in the new era is people-oriented, respecting individuals, developing in an all-round way and making people useful. This is the creative embodiment of the harmonious ideology and culture of our Chinese nation. The so-called harmonious culture refers to the unification of different things in an interdependent harmonious body on the premise of acknowledging the contradictions and differences of different things, and in the process of harmony of different things, learn from each other's strong points to achieve the best combination, thus promoting the emergence of new things and promoting the development of things. Therefore, we regard China's theory of harmonious culture as the basic theory of building campus culture in our school. What kind of environment gives people what kind of physical and mental feelings. In terms of material and cultural construction, we carefully design and strive to show the educational concept of the school everywhere, so that teachers and students are always influenced by new ideas. For example, we have carefully designed the school emblem, school flag, theme sculpture and so on. The school emblem is an abstract human running model composed of a red sun and pinyin, numbers and Chinese characters related to the words "xx No.3 Middle School". The moral of the design is "love the three schools to advance together". The school flag consists of red, green and blue colors and the school emblem icon. The moral is that everyone in middle school should have a passionate and selfless love like the sun, a broad mind like the sky and a rich life emotion like the earth. The theme sculpture consists of three red petals, a golden stamen and a group of modern information signs. Petals represent students in No.3 Middle School, and golden spherical stamens can also be regarded as the sun.
