Xx No.3 Middle School was established in August 2005. Located in the urban-rural fringe, it integrates three rural junior high schools. This is a semi-boarding junior high school. After the completion of the school, after more than half a year of excessive cabinet formation, in March 2006, the district party Committee and the government formed the first leading collective of the New No.3 Middle School through direct and open recruitment. At the moment when everyone is searching hard, the Ninth Five-Year Plan, which focuses on hardware construction such as school buildings, has come to an end, and the "adjusting layout, integrating resources and balancing development" initiated by the Municipal Education Bureau has also begun to take shape. In this critical period, the Municipal Education Bureau promptly put all the essential problems to be solved in the early stage-"improving the comprehensive quality of running a school" at the forefront of educational development, issued a far-sighted "strengthening", and the eager third middle school students received this modern development information in time with their unique sensitivity, and established the development strategy of "governing the school according to law, establishing a school with culture, creating a research-oriented school and building a famous school with characteristics". Especially in the aspect of "building a school with culture and strengthening the school with characteristics", we have taken a pioneering step by uniting as one, learning and doing.

To build school culture, we must first establish a core educational concept with scientific theoretical basis, and the main idea of this core concept must be consistent with the humanistic spirit of the country's times. The so-called harmonious culture refers to the unification of different things in an interdependent harmonious body on the premise of acknowledging the contradictions and differences of different things, and in the process of harmony of different things, learn from each other's strong points to achieve the best combination, thus promoting the emergence of new things and promoting the development of things. For example, we have carefully designed the school emblem, school flag, theme sculpture and so on. The school emblem is an abstract human running model composed of a red sun and pinyin, numbers and Chinese characters related to the words "xx No.3 Middle School".
