Applicants log in to the online registration system of Huaihua Personnel Examination during the registration period to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. If you fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination, please contact the post planning employer in time. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination shall not be transferred.

All materials submitted by the applicant must be true and valid. Those who fail to submit materials on time or whose overdue materials are not standardized shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications automatically. If the qualification examination fails due to personal information errors, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and those who are found to be fraudulent or do not meet the registration conditions in each link will be disqualified at any time.

Second, the qualification examination

Applicants who participate in the on-site qualification re-examination shall provide the registration form, their valid ID card, academic credentials, degree certificates, electronic registration and filing form of academic credentials of the Ministry of Education (overseas students shall provide overseas academic credentials, degrees and professional certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education) and other relevant materials required for the post 1 copy. Applicants who fail to conduct qualification review as required shall be deemed to have given up qualification review. If the main information of the submitted materials is untrue or does not meet the requirements of the recruitment position, the qualification review is unqualified.

If the number of interviewees in the recruitment position fails to reach the ratio of 1: 3 in the recruitment plan due to the applicant's abandonment of qualification review and unqualified qualification review, the written test scores will be replenished from high score to low score.
