The holder shall apply to the license issuing department for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period. If the certified personnel meet the requirements of uninterrupted operation and safety and energy-saving education and training specified in relevant safety technical specifications within 4 years, and there are no bad and illegal operations or management records, and no accidents have been caused, the issuing department shall grant the re-examination qualification in accordance with the provisions of relevant safety technical specifications, and affix the re-examination qualification seal of the issuing department on the original certificate. If the re-inspection is unqualified and the re-inspection is unqualified, the certificate of special equipment operators shall be cancelled.
