The company history of Hanguang Department Store

On June 16, 2013, Beijing Zhongyou Department Store officially changed its name to Beijing Hanguang Department Store, starting anew with a brand-new local department store image. At the same time, Hanguang Department Store will further adjust its brand, improve services and store environment, and provide you with a more pleasant shopping experience.

The new name is taken from the late Mr. Wang Hanguang, former chairman of Zhongyou Department Store. In order to commemorate and pay tribute to the founder, the company decided to name the new brand after him, striving to pass on his spirit of honest management.

In the future, while continuing its fashionable and active positioning, the new brand Hanguang Department Store will pay more attention to the concept of all customer groups, increase investment in men’s, children’s and other business formats, and support local designer brands. Hanguang Department Store has hired a well-known foreign design company to carry out overall planning for the department store and comprehensively enhance customers' shopping experience through store renovation.
