Secondary qualification standard:

1. In the past five years, the enterprise has undertaken more than four of the following six projects, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) 12 floors above the building construction project;

(two) structures or buildings with a height of more than 50 meters;

(3) Housing construction projects with a single building area of 1 1,000 square meters;

(4) single span 2 1 m housing construction project;

(five) residential quarters or buildings with a construction area of more than 50 thousand square meters;

(6) Housing construction projects with a single Jian 'an contract amount of more than 30 million yuan.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 8 years working experience in project management or above intermediate title; The technical director has more than 8 years experience in construction technology management and has a senior title; The person in charge of finance has an intermediate or above accounting title.

Level 3 qualification standard:

(1) Building construction above 6 floors;

(2) Structures or buildings with a height exceeding 25 meters;

(three) housing construction projects with a single building area of more than 5000 square meters;

(4) Housing construction projects with single span 15m or more;

(5) Housing construction projects with a single Jian 'an contract amount of more than 5 million yuan.

2. The enterprise manager has more than 5 years working experience in project management; Technical director has more than 5 years experience in construction technology management, and has the professional intermediate title or above; The person in charge of finance has a junior or above accounting title.

There are not less than 50 engineers and economic managers with professional titles in the enterprise, including not less than 30 engineers and technicians; Among the engineering and technical personnel, there are not less than 10 people with intermediate or above titles.

Super enterprise:

1. Enterprises that have obtained the special qualification of construction general contracting can undertake the general contracting, design, general contracting and project management of all levels of projects in this category;

2. Those who have obtained any 1 super construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications for housing construction, highways, railways, municipal utilities, ports, waterways, water conservancy and hydropower can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.

3. After obtaining the special 1 construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications in the fields of building construction, mining, smelting, petrochemical, electric power, etc., they can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.

4, super qualified enterprises, limited to undertake the construction of a single contract amount of more than 30 million yuan of housing construction projects.

First-class enterprise: it can undertake the following housing construction projects with a single construction and installation contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise:

(1) Housing construction projects with 40 floors and below and various spans;

(2) Structures with a height of 240 meters or less;

(3) Residential quarters or buildings with a building area of 200,000 square meters or less.

Secondary enterprise: it can undertake the following housing construction projects with a single construction and installation contract amount not exceeding 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise:

(1) Building construction with 28 floors and below and single span of 36 meters and below;

(2) Structures with a height of120m or less;

(3) Residential quarters or buildings with a building area of 6.5438+0.2 million square meters or less.

Grade III enterprise: it can undertake the following housing construction projects with a single Jian 'an contract amount not exceeding 5 times the registered capital of the enterprise:

(1) 14 floors and below, with a single span of 24 meters and below;

(2) Structures with a height of 70 meters or less;

(3) Residential quarters or buildings with a construction area of 60,000 square meters or less.

Note: Housing construction projects refer to industrial, civil and public buildings (structures). The project includes foundation and foundation engineering, earthwork, structural engineering, roofing engineering, indoor and outdoor decoration engineering, water supply and drainage, heating, electrical appliances, sanitary ware, ventilation, lighting, fire protection, lightning protection and other installation projects.
