2. Recruitment positions

Infrastructure project management and legal positions: Targeted recruitment is implemented and mainly responsible for the full-process management of infrastructure projects, including project preparation, process management and follow-up operations. .

Account manager position: mainly introduces applicable talents for retail and corporate financial marketing positions.

In principle, after new employees are hired, they will be arranged to go to grassroots business outlets for a certain period of training and training. After that, they will be hired into corresponding positions based on their personal performance and work needs.

4. Recruitment conditions

(1) Work experience.

Infrastructure project management position: should have 2 years or more of relevant work experience in infrastructure project positions, have been engaged in infrastructure-related majors, and have the professional qualification of a second-level registered construction engineer in construction engineering. Infrastructure project legal position: Should have 2 years or more of legal-related work experience, and obtain a legal professional qualification certificate. Applicants with legal experience in the infrastructure field are preferred.

Account manager: should have 2 years or more of relevant work experience in window service-related positions (banking, insurance, accounting, cashier, sales, etc.), focusing on local students, financial institutions in the same industry, college student village officials, county Selected students and staff in other related positions in enterprises and institutions, etc.

Customer service manager: should have 1 year or more of relevant work experience in window service-related positions (banking, insurance, accounting, cashier, sales, etc.), focusing on local students, peer financial institutions, college student village officials, and county Selected students and staff in other related positions in enterprises and institutions, etc.

(2) Academic qualifications.

To obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate degree or above and a corresponding degree, overseas institutions should obtain academic qualifications (degree) certification issued by the Ministry of Education.

(3) Age conditions.

Infrastructure project management and legal positions: those under 35 years old (born after February 1, 1987), the applicant’s working experience, work experience, academic qualifications, etc. will be calculated until January 2023 31st.
