Moon Bay is located in Shaba Town, Yangxi County, Yangjiang City. Moon Bay Beach is curved, like a crescent moon hanging on the vast coast of southern China, hence the name Moon Bay. It starts from Khufu Ridge in the east and reaches the seaside of Bell Ridge in the west. It is the mysterious Ye Jing Temple Bay on Qingzhou Island. The coastline is nearly 8 kilometers long, which is much longer than the Shili Silver Beach recorded in the Guinness Book of Records of Hailing Island (the actual length of Shili Silver Beach is 3.25 kilometers).
