First, the purpose of the proposed land acquisition:

According to the Reply of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission on the Project Proposal of Installing Farmers' Resettlement Houses in Xiaodian Demonstration Town, Beichen District (Jinfa Gaizhen [2014] No.68), it was used for the construction of Shangjia Road (Chongyi Road-Beichen East Road).

West to:/North to: Chongyi Road.

The land compensation fee and resettlement subsidy standard is implemented in accordance with the Notice of Tianjin Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Comprehensive Land Price Standard of Tianjin Municipal Area, which is 2.625 million yuan/hectare (6.5438+0.75 million yuan/mu), totaling 6.5438+0.50425 million yuan.

Land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies shall be paid to rural collective economic organizations whose land has been requisitioned in monetary form.

Five, the villagers' houses and other ground objects and young crops compensation standard, amount, payment method and object.

It is confirmed that this land acquisition does not involve compensation for villagers' houses, overground objects and young crops.

Six, the specific placement of agricultural personnel.

According to the regulations of Tianjin, the land acquisition will resettle 3 agricultural people, including 2 laborers. Handle social insurance resettlement.

The resettlement mode of agricultural population involved in this land acquisition is discussed and decided by Xiaohezhuang Village Committee of Xiaodian Town.

This time, land social insurance is levied to resettle 3 agricultural population, and the insured persons are determined according to the relevant provisions of social security for landless farmers in our city.

Vii. Objection feedback and compensation registration

Within 30 days from the date of this announcement (until June 10, 2022), if the rural collective economic organizations and their members, villagers' committees and other interested parties have different opinions on the compensation and resettlement scheme for land acquisition, they can contact Beichen Branch of Tianjin Planning and Natural Resources Bureau (address: No.39 Shuangjiang Road, Shuang Jie Town, Beichen District, Tianjin, postal code: 300400, contact person) for the expropriated land during the announcement period. Failing to put forward opinions or apply for a hearing within the time limit shall be regarded as giving up relevant rights.

Owners and users of expropriated land shall, within 30 days from the date of this announcement, apply for compensation registration at Xiaohezhuang Village Committee of Xiaodian Town with proof of real estate ownership. If the registration formalities are not completed within the time limit, the compensation content shall be subject to the survey results.

Eight, organize the implementation

This plan will be revised according to the solicitation of opinions and the hearing. After confirmation by the District People's Government, organize the relevant departments to sign an agreement on compensation and resettlement for land expropriation with the owners and users of the expropriated land, and organize the implementation after the application for land expropriation is approved by the Municipal People's Government.

For individuals who have not signed an agreement on land acquisition compensation and resettlement, the District People's Government shall make a decision on land acquisition compensation and resettlement according to the land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan and compensation registration results.
