Foreign teachers are also a member of the school and an important part of school teachers. We hope that they will not only teach students oral English, but also actively participate in the teaching and research activities of the English academic year group, give full play to their respective advantages, learn from each other's strengths and improve students' English level. We ask foreign teachers to hand in electronic lesson plans, check and spot check students' homework, and organize various cultural and sports activities.

At present, the proportion of foreign teachers participating in teaching in the international department is the highest. Teachers in China felt the lively teaching style of foreign teachers, and foreign teachers also learned the rigorous and efficient classroom teaching methods and means of China. The two sides have made joint progress, which has significantly improved the English learning level of international students and achieved good results. Richard, a British foreign teacher in the International Department, won the Shenyang Rose Award for Foreign Experts in April this year. This is the first time that our school has won this honor. 1) integrated teaching requirements in and out of class

In order to ensure good teaching cooperation, every foreign teacher needs to prepare a course syllabus at the beginning of the semester. The syllabus should clearly point out the teaching purpose of the course, the list of teaching materials based on weekly teaching units, and the relevant course assignments and assessment standards. If two or more teachers and professors teach the same course, they should form their own groups, communicate with each other and jointly draft the teaching plan of the course. Because most of the foreign teachers in our school are not professional teachers, they have only received short-term teacher training or are only interested in the teaching profession, so many problems are exposed in teaching. This is also the problem we are trying to solve.

For example, most of them overestimated the current level of students at the beginning of classes. For example, some foreign teachers sometimes don't give students proper time for silence and reflection when asking questions, which makes some students anxious about language learning and bow their heads when answering questions. Some foreign teachers underestimate the current level of students, teaching college students as primary school students, playing games and playing the leading role in class. The content of the games is too simple to meet the information needed by students.

In addition, in class, they don't know how to arrange the key and difficult time of a class. They often chat casually and talk about where they are without any plans and arrangements. Failure to grasp the progress and difficulty of the knowledge taught will inevitably cause students to have no systematic understanding of what they have learned.
