Classification of laser engraving machines
Laser laser engraving machine can be divided into CO2 laser engraving machine, semiconductor laser engraving machine, YAG laser engraving machine and fiber laser engraving machine according to different lasers. According to the different visibility of laser, it can be divided into: ultraviolet laser laser laser engraving machine (invisible laser), green laser laser laser engraving machine (invisible laser), infrared laser laser laser engraving machine (visible laser) and laser laser engraving machine according to laser wavelength. 532nm laser laser engraving machine, 808nm laser laser engraving machine, 1064nm laser engraving machine, 10.64um laser engraving machine, 266nm laser engraving machine. The laser engraving machine can only be turned on after checking that the waterway and circuit are correct. The starting sequence is as follows: ① Turn on the incoming power supply and turn on the key switch. At this time, the machine exhausts, the refrigeration system is powered on, and the ammeter shows a value of about 7A. (2) Wait for 5 ~ 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the external control panel, and the ammeter displays zero. After 3 ~ 5 seconds, the krypton lamp lights up and the ammeter shows a value of 7A. (Refer to the instruction manual of laser power supply); (3) Turn on the galvanometer power supply; (4) Turn on the computer and call up the required marking files; ⑤ Adjust the laser power supply to the working current (10 ~ 18A) and start marking; After marking, turn off the power supply of all components in reverse in the above order: ① Adjust the working current of the laser power supply to the minimum (about 7A); (2) turn off the computer; ③ Turn off the galvanometer power supply; ④ Press the stop button; ⑤ Turn off the key switch; ⑥ Disconnect incoming power supply.
Common problems and solutions of laser engraving machine
Fault 1: the laser intensity drops and the mark is not clear enough. Marking machine solution: ① whether the laser resonant cavity changes; Fine tuning resonant lens. The output light spot is optimized; ② shift of acousto-optic crystal or low output energy of acousto-optic power supply; Adjust the position of acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of acousto-optic power supply; ③ The laser entering the galvanometer deviates from the center: adjust the laser; ④ If the current is adjusted to about 20 years, the photosensitivity is still insufficient: the krypton lamp is aging and replaced with a new one. Fault 2 of marking machine: Krypton lamp cannot be triggered (refer to NTP power user manual). Marking machine solution: ① Check all power supply connecting wires; ② The high-voltage krypton lamp is aged and replaced. Precautions for the operation of laser engraving machine ① It is forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q-switched power supply under the condition of no water or abnormal water circulation; (2) Allow Q power supply to run at no load (that is, the output end of Q switching power supply is suspended); (3) In case of abnormal phenomena, turn off the galvanometer switch and the key switch first, and then check; (4) Before the krypton lamp is ignited, it is not allowed to start other components to prevent high voltage from entering the damaged components; ⑤ Pay attention to the suspension of the output end (anode) of the laser power supply to prevent ignition and breakdown of other electrical appliances; ⑥ Keep circulating water clean. Clean the water tank regularly and replace it with deionized water or pure water. Use and replacement of krypton lamp for marking machine Turn off water cooler and laser power supply. Open the upper three cavity covers, take out the lamp or crystal to be replaced, put it in after replacement, and install the cavity covers. Turn on the water cooler and the laser power supply, adjust the current of the laser power supply to about (15 ~ 20) A, and put 1 small wood chips or black paper between the front aperture and the beam expander, and you should be able to see the light spot formed by laser ablation. If not, slightly adjust the three knobs of the front aperture bracket until a light spot appears. After the laser is debugged, the three knobs of the front diaphragm bracket should be adjusted repeatedly to make the light spot strongest. If the laser is too strong and the brightness is too high to be observed, the power supply current can be reduced. Turn off the laser power. Special note: it's time to replace the krypton lamp. The service life of krypton lamp in laser is 300 hours, but due to different user conditions, the above time cannot be used as the only basis for replacing krypton lamp. With the increase of service time, the luminous efficiency of krypton lamp decreases and the laser output also weakens. In order to get enough laser output, many users increase the current of laser power supply to enhance the luminescence of krypton lamp, which accelerates the aging of krypton lamp, forms a vicious circle and sometimes leads to lamp explosion. In order to prevent this from happening, we suggest that users decide whether to replace the krypton lamp according to the following methods. When replacing a new krypton lamp, record the ammeter value of the laser power supply when it is marked normally as the standard current value. When the krypton lamp is gradually aging, increase the current output of the laser power supply, but the ammeter value shall not exceed 1.25 times of the standard current value. For example, the current value of the new krypton lamp is 20A when marking. After a period of use, if the current value is adjusted to 25A, the krypton lamp should be replaced.
