1. Apprentice of traditional Chinese medicine, graduated from technical secondary school majoring in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and has been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 years.

2. Obtain a college degree or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and work continuously in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine 15 years.

Third, the performance management examination takes two years as a rolling cycle. Applicants for all subjects must pass the exam within two consecutive years; Exemptions from certain subjects must pass the exam within one year.

Four, the organization registration and qualification examination registration examination personnel should hold graduation certificate, professional title certificate, ID card (original), professional work experience certificate and two recent one-inch color photos. 2) Every year, the middle of 10 (the second or third weekend) is the examination time.

If you pass the examination, you will obtain the Qualification Certificate of Licensed Pharmacist, which will be valid nationwide after registration.

The qualification of licensed pharmacists shall be registered. The State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products is the competent authority for the qualification registration of licensed pharmacists in China, and the drug administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are responsible for supervising and inspecting the registration of licensed pharmacists by the registration authority, the Ministry of Personnel and the personnel (vocational reform) departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Licensed pharmacists are registered for three years. Three months before the expiration of the validity period, the holder must go through the formalities of re-registration with the registration authority.

3. Licensed pharmacists are allowed to obtain certificates through all four courses within 2 years. What is the definition of these two years?

This biennium refers to two consecutive years, such as 2010-201,20 1 12, 2012-2013 ...

For example:

1) If you take the 20 10 exam, all four courses will fail. 20 1 1 is a new starting point, and 201-2012 can pass all four exams.

2) Those who took the 20 10 exam and passed three courses only need to apply for the remaining 1 courses in 201year. If you pass, you can get a license. If not, the three doors passed by 20 10 are invalid! 20 12 equals a new starting point.

In short: the second year's exam is based on the subjects passed in that year. If the sum of the subjects passed in two years is equal to 4, you can get the certificate!

4. Is the licensed pharmacist exam difficult?

As the saying goes, "it's not difficult to meet people, but it's not difficult to meet difficult people", so different people will give you different answers!

Just like asking if the lake is deep, you only know the depth by your own experience! )

What I want to say is that it is not difficult to pass the licensed pharmacist exam and the professional title exam in other industries.

Mainly reflected in the following aspects:

(1) There are not many exam subjects, compared with certified public accountants and lawyers …, and it is stipulated that you can get a certificate as long as you pass these four exams for two consecutive years, which is universal and easy to use!

(2) The test questions are all objective questions, which reduces the difficulty to some extent and requires candidates to choose the correct answer from the options. The probability of reading a book is different from that of not reading a book. If you review carefully, rule out several answers first, and the probability of correct answer will be much higher!

(3) The qualification standard of each subject is 60 points, that is, if all four subjects reach 60 points, you can get the certificate!

What is the concept of 60 points? I'll calculate an account for everyone.

(The total number of questions in each test paper is 140, in which type A questions are 1 point, type B questions are 0.5 point, and test paper is 100 point. )

If you all get 0.5 points wrong on Type B questions, you can get 80 wrong. Of course, these two phenomena are extreme and impossible. 5. Is it necessary to take the examination of licensed pharmacists, and what benefits can it bring us?

Pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical companies are constantly recruiting licensed pharmacists every year, and the treatment is at least twice as high as that of undocumented employees!

From this perspective, it is still necessary for medical candidates to take the examination of licensed pharmacists. From a noble point of view, the exam itself can consolidate and enhance your professional knowledge; Vulgar, taking it can increase your monthly income. As the saying goes, "people die for wealth, birds die for food", and who doesn't want their salary to be higher, the better!

Can your licensed pharmacist certificate be used in your own unit to help you raise your salary?

If you can't, you can find an acquaintance to hang a licensed pharmacist's license (I don't need to explain, that is, the kind of person who takes money without going to work).
