The character's real name is Li Honggang.

Li Honggang, male, from Suozhuang Village, Xianggongzhuang Street, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, found a mobile vendor illegally selling small animals near the east gate of Baishuiquan Park in Mingshui on March 6, 2023 16. The vendors are selling hedgehogs, rabbits, mice and other small animals.
