I. General requirements

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center, all candidates will be subject to full social supervision and overall management, the application materials will be strictly reviewed, and the false punishment will be strengthened; Those who fail to pass the qualification verification or fail to accept the verification within the time limit shall be treated as invalid registration or invalid examination results.

Candidates who fill in information that is inconsistent with their true information, or who falsify or alter relevant certificates, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification will be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations once verified.

False handling:

(1) If the examination registration is invalid, the examination qualification is cancelled or the examination result is invalid, the paid fees will not be refunded.

(III) Candidates who deliberately conceal the real situation, provide false information or obtain corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means shall be dealt with in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Acts in the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Decree No.31) and recorded in the integrity file of the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel. Those suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for handling.

In areas with high incidence of epidemic in foreign countries and domestic countries, those who suddenly sign up in Shaanxi can't take the exam due to epidemic control after registration and payment, and must submit the application and supporting materials to our center before the exam, and report to the examination center of the Ministry of Personnel for approval. Those who have passed the exam can be postponed for one year accordingly.
