1. Joint venture establishment: Tianqi and Ubisoft jointly established Wuxi Ubisoft Robot Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and development, manufacturing and overall solutions of humanoid robots applied in the automotive field. The registered capital of this joint venture company is RMB 1 100 million yuan, of which Tianqi shares hold 22%, and Ubisoft and its core team hold the remaining 78%.

2. Technology R&D and resource integration: Ubisoft has leading technical advantages in the field of humanoid robots, especially in key areas such as artificial intelligence technology and robot structure design. Tianqi Co., Ltd. relies on its rich industry experience and resource advantages accumulated in the field of intelligent equipment for automobile manufacturing, and cooperates with Ubisoft to promote the application of humanoid robots in intelligent manufacturing fields such as automobile manufacturing.

3. Prototype production and function realization: The first humanoid robot prototype jointly developed by the two parties is expected to be delivered before the end of 2023, giving priority to online handling, and then gradually realizing functions such as sorting, tightening and assembly. This shows that the cooperation between Tianqi and Ubisoft in the field of humanoid robots has made substantial progress, and it is expected to expand to many intelligent manufacturing fields such as auto parts, 3C and smart logistics in the future.
