First of all, the design of artworks

If the customer can't provide samples, we can cooperate with the customer to complete the design and production of drawings for free according to the customer's requirements.

Second, open the mold.

Mold opening means that the mold master opens an offset printing plate according to the designed drawings, then carves a coppersmith with the offset printing plate, and finally carves a steel mold with the coppersmith.

Third, color mixing and rubber refining.

Conduct color matching and glue practice according to the color number on the international color card specified by the customer.

Fourth, the examination and approval materials

All required materials are weighed by electronic scales to ensure the consistent quality of each product.

Fifth upper die production

After the mold is finished, it is produced on the machine. After the mold is installed, the machine needs to be preheated.

The sixth quality inspection

Check the quality after production, mainly to see if the product meets the specifications. If you don't post it, it will be scrapped.

The seventh dressing.

After passing the inspection by the quality inspection department, the products will be sent to the post-process department for trimming.

Eighth: finished product quality inspection

After the edge is repaired, it is the finished product. It is also necessary to send the finished products back to the quality inspection department to check the trimming quality. If there are unqualified products, they will be scrapped.

Ninth: packaging department

After the finished product is inspected, it will be packaged according to the customer's requirements.

Tenth: Inspection before sealing.

After the packaging is completed, the quality inspection department will check the quantity. If there is no problem, seal it and send it to the warehouse for delivery.
