The duty-free shop in Xinglong Mountain Bonded Zone has four floors. The first floor is the exhibition area for imported cars. There is nothing on the second floor. There are some imported goods on the third and fourth floors. There is a shop for Russian imported goods on the third and fourth floors respectively.

Duty-free shops in various modes

1, Hengqin mode

The goal of Zhuhai Hengqin is to learn the tax exemption policy for outlying islands in Hainan Province. According to the Pearl River Delta tourism integration plan announced by Guangdong Province, we will strive for national approval to set up two duty-free shopping centers, Nansha and Hengqin, to create a shopping paradise. Guangdong plans to strive for a tax exemption policy similar to Hainan Island in Nansha and Hengqin, and the specific plan is still under study.

Hengqin New District is adjacent to Macao, with an area of 106.46 square kilometers, which is three times the existing area of Macao. It is planned to build a comprehensive commercial center including duty-free shopping, and make use of its superior geographical location to allow mainland tourists to enjoy the treatment of leaving the country without customs clearance. This plan needs a breakthrough in national policy.

2. Horgos model

On August 20th/kloc-4th, the new duty-free shopping center of Horgos, a Sino-Kazakhstan company, officially opened, with a construction area of about 2,000 square meters, selling thousands of internationally renowned luxury goods, cosmetics and China specialties.

As the Khorgos International Border Cooperation Center is the first cross-border economic and trade zone in the world jointly built by China and Kazakhstan, and it is also a regional cooperation demonstration zone under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, its shopping objects are not limited to entry-exit personnel, but also those related to business, investigation, tourism and work. Compared with the traditional duty-free shops opened in the port isolation area, the scope of shopping objects is further expanded.
