Persons who have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet one of the following conditions may apply for the qualifications of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools in our district and the qualifications of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools:

1. has a household registration in Taibai Lake New District of Jining City;

2. Hold the residence permit of Taibai Lake New District in Jining City (within the validity period);

3. The school is located in Taibai Lake New District, Jining City (including full-time fresh graduates and other full-time students who have obtained academic qualifications);

4. Active servicemen and armed police stationed in Taibai Lake New District.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our district can apply for teacher qualification at their place of residence with the residence permit of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents; Mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, who holds a permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to travel to and from the mainland and is valid for five years for Taiwan Province residents, can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at the place where the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination is held. The academic qualifications, other conditions and procedural requirements for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.

(2) Identification conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological and moral character and professional ethics, and be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.

2, to apply for kindergarten and primary school teacher qualification, should have a college degree or above; To apply for the qualification of teachers in junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, one should have a bachelor's degree or above; To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional technical position of equivalent assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.

According to the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the relevant regulations of our province, students above grade three in colleges and universities can take the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers. You can't apply for teacher qualification if you don't have the qualifications to apply for teacher qualification before you pass the exam but have not obtained the graduation certificate.

3. Applicants for normal students who meet the exemption conditions should obtain the teacher's professional ability certificate issued by their school (within the prescribed period of validity), and other applicants should participate in the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers organized by the state and obtain the qualification certificate for primary and secondary school teachers (within the prescribed period of validity).

4. Applying for teacher qualification as a teaching subject and subject shall be consistent with the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers or the professional ability certificate of teachers in normal schools. Among them, the application for the qualification of professional teachers and internship instructors in secondary vocational schools should also be consistent with the majors they have studied or engaged in (with corresponding professional qualifications or skill certificates).

(7) Postgraduates in education and normal students at public expense who meet the exemption conditions shall also submit the certificate of teachers' professional ability issued by the graduate school.

Six, epidemic prevention and control and other matters

(1) The applicant should know the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control at the domicile and the location of the authorized institution in advance, and the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control of the authorized institution will be announced through the accreditation announcement. Please consult the applicant in time (see Annex 2 for the on-site confirmation location and the telephone number of the authorized institution), do a good job in personal safety protection and strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements.

(2) Before registration, applicants should carefully check the accreditation announcement in time, carefully read the relevant tips of the accreditation system, and conduct online declaration, physical examination and on-site confirmation in strict accordance with the prescribed time, place and method, so as not to miss the work arrangement. Applicants should truthfully submit relevant materials when confirming on the spot, and the acts of practicing fraud and defrauding teachers' qualifications will be severely dealt with according to relevant state regulations. If the applicant fails to complete the online registration within the specified time due to personal reasons, such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation institution or confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation institution will not accept on-site confirmation.

(3) After the applicant registers online, the accreditation system will automatically verify the academic qualifications submitted by the applicant online. If the online verification fails, the domestic (excluding overseas) academic qualifications shall be subject to the results of China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xue Xin). Com), foreign academic qualifications shall be subject to the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Unauthenticated academic qualifications (except those applying for the qualification of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools) cannot be used to apply for teacher qualification recognition. Applicants are requested to inquire and print the Application Form for Electronic Registration of Academic Credentials of the Ministry of Education on Xuexin.com in advance or apply for academic certification, and save relevant materials for inspection by certification bodies.

According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, the same applicant can only apply for teacher qualification once in a natural year. Applicants who have obtained the qualification examination certificates of primary and secondary school teachers in multiple teaching cycles or disciplines and the professional competence certificates of teachers in normal schools within the validity period shall choose a teacher qualification to apply for recognition in this year, and others may apply for recognition in other years within the validity period. The validity period of the qualification examination certificate for primary and secondary school teachers and the professional competence certificate for teachers in normal schools is 3 years. If the applicant applies for revocation or deletion of the teacher qualification that has been applied for accreditation, the accreditation body will no longer accept it.
