1. Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above from domestic full-time ordinary colleges and universities (except directional entrustment) graduated before July 3, 20 17, and obtained nationally recognized employment registration certificate, diploma and degree certificate 20 17.

2. Returned overseas students who are employed for the first time will obtain a degree certificate from July, 20 16 to June, 20 17, and obtain a certificate of returning overseas students and academic degree certification from the Ministry of Education before September, 20 17 (non-Beijing graduates who apply for head office, Beijing branch or Beijing subsidiary must study abroad for 360 days.

3. We will select several graduates from the Head Office as candidates for the fourth management talent training program. The management talent training plan aims at selecting and training the reserve backbone of senior management talents in the industry, and adopts the "2+2" training mode, that is, after management trainees are assigned to work in domestic and foreign branches for two years, combined with assessment and performance, some personnel are selected to be promoted and used overseas first.

4. Graduates who finally obtain the employment qualification of our bank must meet the above conditions and complete employment registration on time, and have not established labor relations with other units. Otherwise, it will be regarded as automatic waiver of employment qualification, and CDB will not bear any responsibility.
