Is it difficult for teachers to prepare examinations?

It’s difficult!

1. High competition pressure

The competition pressure for teachers to prepare examinations is very high. A few years ago, the teacher preparation examination might have been much less competitive than the civil service examination. However, with the surge in employment pressure, competition for teacher establishment examinations has also gradually increased. For example, in July this year, a primary school in our urban area recruited two people for one position, and they were still contract workers without establishment. The number of applicants was as high as more than 200, and the application ratio was 1:100; not to mention the positions with teacher establishment. , the competitive pressure is even greater. Not to mention the city, even the lower towns are recruiting teachers for special positions. For a primary school Chinese teacher position, 35 people are being recruited, and there are more than 200 applicants. Three years ago, this was not a competitive ratio. It is expected that the competition pressure will be even greater next year, so don’t say that the teacher establishment is easy to pass the exam. Those who can pass the exam are all academic masters!

2. Many conditions and restrictions

The recruitment conditions for teachers have become more and more restrictive in recent years, especially in terms of academic qualifications and age. Here are some examples of teachers recruited in our city:

Scope of selection

(1) Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Central China Normal University, South China Normal University , Southwest University, Shaanxi Normal University, Hunan Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, these nine universities should be undergraduates and master's students who have studied full-time in general normal majors. Among them, master's students are required to have their initial academic qualifications must be undergraduate normal majors in a group of colleges and universities. Major, and the undergraduate major and graduate major must be consistent.

(2) Graduates from 42 double first-class universities with bachelor’s degree or above. Among them, master’s degree students are required to have their initial academic qualifications in a normal major from a batch of undergraduate normal colleges, and the undergraduate major and graduate major must be consistent. .

(3) For full-time general master’s degree or above, the initial academic qualification must be a teacher-training major from a batch of undergraduate normal colleges, and the undergraduate major and graduate major must be consistent.

(4) Applicants must be no more than 30 years old for a bachelor’s degree (born after August 1, 1989), and no more than 35 years old for a master’s degree (born after August 1, 1984).

Especially in the past two years, many teaching positions are restricted to past graduates, and past graduates are not allowed to apply for many positions. This directly prevents previous students from taking the teacher preparation examination.
