What are the procedures for public institutions to openly recruit staff?

Open recruitment shall be conducted according to the following procedures:

(1) Making a recruitment plan;

(2) release recruitment information;

(3) Accepting candidates' applications and conducting qualification examination;

(4) Examination and assessment;

(5) physical examination;
