20 18 in the first half of the year, the time and place for the recruitment interview of Shenzhen institutions shall be determined by the employer itself and the qualified candidates shall be notified (see the interview notice). The interview time is expected in early July.

After the interview, the total score of the exam will be synthesized according to the proportion of written test and interview results each accounting for 50%. Among the personnel with interview scores of 60 or above in each position, according to the order of the total scores of candidates from high to low, the candidates for medical examination are determined in the following ways:

A stands for the number of interviewers entering the post, B stands for the number of candidates to be employed in the post, and C stands for the number of medical examinees entering the post.
