1. Conduct inspections and recruitment of high-level talents such as associate senior professional titles and above, doctoral candidates and above through targeted invitations, precise recruitment, etc., and the competent departments and employers will negotiate specifically. If the intention to attract talents is reached, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will report it to the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for approval and then handle the relevant employment procedures according to procedures. The registration period starts from December 21, 2022, and registration is accepted for a long time. If the negotiation is successful, one person will be hired.

2. For recruitment of other positions, applicants shall submit their application materials through on-site registration for school recruitment, and the working group will review the application qualifications of the applicants. Qualification review runs through the entire process of assessment and recruitment. Applicants who are found to be inconsistent with the recruitment qualifications, commit fraud or violate the avoidance system at any stage of assessment and recruitment (including the probation period) will be disqualified from application or employment.

3. There is no examination ratio for non-urgent shortage positions in education and positions in other public institutions. After the written examination, the recruitment working group will draw the passing score line for the written examination based on the written examination results. According to the written test score ranking of the applicants and the recruitment quota, interview candidates will be determined in order from high to low among the applicants who have reached the written test passing score line in a ratio of 1:3. Those that appear tied at the end will be entered into the interview together. If the stipulated ratio is not reached, interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of people who have reached the passing score line of the written examination. The passing score for the interview is 60 points. Candidates who fail to reach 60 points will not be hired.
