Niulanshan wine takes high-quality sorghum and wheat as raw materials, and peas and barley as starter to make Daqu. The pure grain is green and natural. From raw material crushing to finished wine filling, through more than ten key processes such as gelatinization, fermentation and distillation, it is brewed by elaborate traditional technology.
