Organization of Wenzhou Yue Opera Troupe

Head: Preside over the overall work of the troupe, be responsible to the administrative department, and be in charge of personnel and financial work.

Deputy Head (Business): Assist the Head in charge of the art construction, art production and art training of the Art Troupe.

Deputy Head of Mission (Administration): Assist the Head of Mission in charge of the Party and the masses, property management (tertiary industry), fire control, public security and family planning.

(2) Office

Responsible for the daily administrative work of the troupe. Personnel, finance and art archives management. Supervise and summarize all kinds of administrative statistical reports;

Responsible for the accounting work of the troupe: prepare the budget and final accounts, and supervise the implementation of the budget plan. Financial statements and statistical work. Provide financial information, cost accounting and review of contract economic terms;

Responsible for cashier affairs of the troupe: financial settlement of performances, rentals and other businesses of the troupe. Receipt, payment and reimbursement vouchers of various cash; Compile and publish the salaries, allowances and other remuneration of cast members;

Responsible for the management of state-owned assets of the troupe: the purchase, audit and management of general consumables and special items and equipment; Regular inventory management of fixed assets;

Responsible for the company's tertiary industry, fire protection, public security, family planning, environmental sanitation, trade unions, logistics and other work matters;

Responsible for the use, storage and maintenance of troupe vehicles;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(3) Art Workshop (Art Committee)

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the troupe's art construction, art production, art training and talent construction;

According to the performance market demand, complete the screening, demonstration, creation and rehearsal of new plays, traditional plays and reserved plays;

According to the needs of performance business, arrange the implementation of performance plays, do a good job in rehearsal before the performance, and organize and manage the work order of stage performances;

Organize the implementation of business assessment to promote the improvement of professional and technical personnel's business skills;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(4) Performance department

Responsible for the planning, publicity, marketing and project management of the troupe's performance business;

Responsible for the arrangement and implementation of performance publicity, transportation, accommodation, life and other logistics work;

Responsible for the liaison, contact, implementation and development of performance management and equipment leasing business of the troupe to ensure the completion of performance tasks;

Be responsible for summarizing and reporting statistical reports related to performance and equipment leasing business;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(5) Property Management Department

Responsible for the daily management of the rental unit of the troupe;

Responsible for the supervision and regular inspection of water, electricity, air conditioning, sanitation, fire protection and public security of each leasing unit to ensure the personal safety of the troupe and the safety of state-owned assets;

Responsible for the daily management of properties such as troupe actors' dormitories and public houses;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(6) Cast

To undertake the tasks of characterization and role performance in the creation, performance and rehearsal of the drama (festival) of the troupe;

Study hard, study hard, strengthen ideological and moral cultivation, accumulate cultural knowledge, and strive to improve creative level and performance skills;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(7) Band

To undertake the task of music accompaniment and performance in the creation, performance and rehearsal of the drama (festival) of the troupe;

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

(8) Dance beauty team

To undertake the task of beautiful dance in the creation, performance and rehearsal of the drama (festival) of the troupe;

Undertake the task of dancing beauty in equipment leasing business and photo studio shooting business;

To undertake the decentralized custody of fixed assets such as lighting, acoustics, clothing, props, equipment and cosmetics of the troupe;
