3. Recruit a small number of undergraduate students in management, engineering and law, as well as graduates with academic qualifications. The second batch of undergraduate courses and above is preferred.

Management majors, such as: technical economy and management, human resource management, engineering management and other professional graduate students; Undergraduate graduates majoring in engineering cost.

Power supply bureau and power supply company mean the same thing. When the power supply bureau or electric power bureau is restructured into a power supply company, the administrative functions shall be handed over to the Economic and Trade Commission.

Before the electric power system reform in 2002, the power supply enterprises directly supplied by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry were all called power supply bureaus. As a local administrative organization, the Provincial Electric Power Industry Bureau has both administrative functions and is responsible for production and sales. Therefore, the Provincial Electric Power Industry Bureau is a public institution integrating government with enterprise.
